Using and Redeeming Flex Passes

• The Full Flex Pass Membership is $160 for TWELVE tickets for $160—TWO FREE tickets— that can be used for any combination of performances.
• The Mini Flex Pass Membership is $80 for SIX tickets—ONE FREE ticket— that can be used for any combination of performances.

In either case Flex Pass Memberships give you the ease of knowledge that you can choose the shows you want to see and still have plenty of summer left to spend it as you choose, be that lazing at the beach, spending time with family, reading or relaxing. We simply ask that you spend a portion of your summer with us, enjoying the high quality entertainment that you’ve come to expect from the Howmet Playhouse Summer Theatre Festival.

Plus you can feel good knowing that your dollars will go directly back into funding day-to-day operations of the Playhouse. Become an early, preferred patron and get first dibs on the best seats in the house!

Redeeming Flex Passes

By Phone or In Person

If you wish to reserve seats by phone or in person either at City Hall or at the Playhouse Box Office, simply mention that you have a Flex Pass.

Online

Follow these steps to redeem a Flex Pass and select seats for any show using the online ticketing system:

1. Click on the BUY NOW button next to the event name
2. The Playhouse Online Ticket Window will open
3. Select your desired seats
4. Click NEXT
5. Review your selection
6. Select your delivery option via the drop-down list (will call or e-ticket)
7. Click NEXT to display the Payment Window
8. Do not enter any payment information; instead click on "I'm redeeming benefits" in the lower right corner
9. The Redeem Benefits Window will be displayed
10. Enter you Patron ID, First Name, Last name then click SEARCH
11. Review the Membership screen, click APPLY BENEFITS
12. You will be returned to the Payment Information window to verify your information
13. Review and click NEXT
14. You now have the option of making a donation to support the Playhouse
15. Click NEXT
16. Review your order information and click PROCESS ORDER
17. You should now print the order confirmation at the next screen

Seating

Whether you purchase tickets online, by phone, or in person at City Hall or at the Playhouse, you will be able to select your favorite seats.
